Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Elovate account and everything attached to it, at any time, without asking anyone.
From the app
- Open Elovate and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account and all data.
- Confirm. The account is gone immediately.
What gets deleted
Everything: your meals and meal photos, your rating, streak, cheat tokens, quests, league history, friends and friend requests, referrals, and push tokens. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Don't have the app any more?
Email hello@elovate.dev from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
